Interseroh helps you with registering and obtaining a decision. The Slovenian Environmental Agency issues their decision for an indefinite period.
Supplements to the Decisions by the Slovenian Environmental Agency (ARSO)
The manufacturer must notify the Ministry about a discontinuation of activities or changes such as: the change of the company name, its headquarters, registration and tax numbers, the change of class and type of electrical and electronic equipment, the change of a sales technique and the manufacturer’s fulfillment of any obligations within thirty days from the date of the change.
Interseroh manages the completion of the application in accordance with the valid data from our report records.
Entry in the Register of the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS)
Each manufacturer or purchaser of electrical and electronic equipment as well as each packer, manufacturer or purchaser of packaging or packaged goods entering the Slovenian market for the first time must report their business to the Finance Office in Jesenice and also notify the same Office of any business changes thereafter. Based on their registration, it is required that environmental taxes are paid at the end of each quarter or every six months.
Interseroh manages the recording of all the products introduced to the market for our clients and can thus prepare all the necessary documents for the FURS registration. With our new clients, we examine the foreseen business procedures with the prospective products and arrange the appropriate documentation accordingly.
The FURS Self-registration
Every three or six months, environmental taxpayers must calculate and pay the environmental taxes for the products which they introduce into the Slovenian market, namely packaging, electric and electronic equipment, batteries and cemetery candles.
The taxpayers who do not meet their obligations to the FURS for the past periods must self-register their business activities and calculate environmental taxes for the past periods. . When self-registering, a company must fill out all the reports for the Financial Office and account for their late interests. Interseroh can prepare complete documentation for self-registration and settlement of environmental taxes which must be forwarded to the FURS for the following products:
- packaging waste;
- waste cemetery candles;
- odpadno waste electrical and electronic equipment and
- waste portable batteries and accumulators.
